- Led UX and content design across booking, customer service and loyalty experiences.
- Developed end-to-end customer communications for flight disruptions, operational changes and major service events.
- Created compelling customer-facing content for onboard products, marketing campaigns, email communications, digital experiences and airport signage.
- Simplified complex loyalty programme content in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Solutions included reworking the homepage and order journey for home catering brand Nosh&Co, improving the eGift Card journey for SuperValu and ensuring the login/registration journey used consistent language across their brand suite.
